PDS Properties, LLC is a builder of new homes based in Arizona. The PDS team is dedicated to providing exceptional value, innovative designs, quality construction and craftsmanship. Dan employs a personal approach to building & real estate development. We focus on the relationship with our customers and strive to continually evaluate, refine and improve our products and services.

Dan is a second-generation builder / real estate developer. As a young man, Dan learned about building and real estate development while working on residential and commercial projects with his father. It was during these experiences that Dan developed many of the qualities that have now become the foundation of his business practices. Dan was a foreman at 18 years old managing his first project, 100+ unit apartment complex, for his Father, George F. Hillenbrand. George is the past president of the California BIA (Building Industry Association) and was a builder and developer in Northern California for 40 years.

 

Dan built his own first home when he was nineteen years old. He entered college in 1982 and continued to work in construction during the summer’s and between semester breaks. Dan graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1988 and entered private practice treating musculoskeletal injuries. From 1999 to 2013 Dan worked exclusively in the industrial injury field as a Qualified Medical Evaluator, evaluating and treating injured workers. During this time Dan continued to invest in real estate as well as building for friends and his own personal residences. In 2004 Dan formed Franklin Development Inc. to pursue his passion of building.

 

Dan is an avid Team Roper and Founder of the Modern Cowboy Brand & Host of the Modern Cowboy Podcast.

He and Stephanie relocated to Arizona in 2015 where Dan obtained his AZ Contractors License and they founded PDS Properties, LLC.
